Body positivity: It’s important to accept and love everyone in a world where body shaming is prevalent. What is physical attractiveness? It is the opportunity to not only accept all body types but consciously adjust the way we see each other. Celebrate the differences in the physical features of others while embracing our own body.

How might talking negatively about the physical appearance of people in the media (TV, web videos, social media) affect YOUR own self esteem?
